Registration is for up to two adults and their children.

* Entry into all main conference workshops

*Please Note* Kid and Youth Knoference registration is sold separately.
Individual registration – $85.00
1 adult paid member, standard meals, conference registration, and Banquet admission
An adult may bring one minor relative and still register as an individual. The child must be registered for either the Kid Konference or Youth Conference.

By completing this registration form, registrants acknowledge and agree to not hold IMDSA, its volunteers, and/or board members responsible and/or liable for any harm, illness, injury or accident.

Furthermore, by submitting this registration form, registrants acknowledge and agree to not hold IMDSA, its volunteers, and/or board members responsible for any unforeseen cancellations of any scheduled workshops and/or events throughout the conference weekend.

Registrants acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation policy if said registrant deems it necessary to cancel their registration.

Cancellations Fees are as follows:

A $50 cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations made after July 1, 2013
