S.A.L.T. Connections Program
Participants registered for the S.A.L.T. Workshops understand that the program includes a supervised group outing involving walking on public sidewalks to Lucky Strike Bowling Alley, located approximately one block from the host hotel.
By registering, you acknowledge that participation in off-site activities involves normal everyday risks. You confirm that the participant is able to safely walk this short distance and participate in bowling activities.
Please notify IMDSA in advance of any mobility needs, medical considerations, or support requirements so appropriate planning can be considered.
Participation in the S.A.L.T. Workshops indicates understanding and acceptance of this acknowledgement.
