Awareness Campaign

IMDSA’s mosaic Down syndrome Awareness Campaign runs every year throughout the month of March to celebrate and raise awareness of mDs and World Down Syndrome Day. We aim to release a new photo or two with a caption each day.  

You  hereby grant and authorized International Mosaic Down syndrome Association (IMDSA) The right to take edit alter copy exhibit publish distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video taking of me or my child by international mosaic Down syndrome Association (IMDSA) to be used in and or legal promotional materials including, but not limited to newsletters, Flyers, posters, brochures, advertisement fundraising letters, annual report, press kits awareness campaigns, and submissions to Journalist , websites, social networking sites and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats an markets now known or hereafter devised. This authorization shall continue indefinitely, unless I otherwise revoke said authorization in writing.

I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of international mosaic Down syndrome Association (IMDSA) and will not be returned.  

I hereby hold harmless, an release international mosaic Down syndrome Association IMDSA from all liability , petitions, and cause of action which I , my heirs, representative, executers, administrators, and any other person may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate.
